Go With The Flow

Sometimes you’ve just got to go with the flow and see where it takes you. That’s what we did this month and we’re not complaining about the results. We talked to Damien Kamholtz about universal consciousness and its impact on his art while one of our finest exports Deanne Cheuk tells about a day in her New York life and becoming a Transitionist. Fellow expats the High Highs have also charted a path to the Big Apple so we figured we’d find out what they’re up to while we were there.

Amber & Thomas tell us about traversing Australia and its influence on their fashion label while the Bag Raiders explain why they’re more than just DJs, fortunately they’ve got a pretty good album to back up their claims with. Fellow duo Ms&Mr have been putting out some fine work of their own and undertaking the first joint Masters in the arts, while elsewhere on the art front a collective have banded to form The Paper Mill smack bang in the middle of Sydney.

For the soloists there’s the first lady of Australian jewellery, Elke Kramer and photography from Gibson Fox who’s one in a million. And last but not least there’s the one man band that is Knock Knock, who is changing our attitude to food one box of organics at a time.
